Class Party!!!

I also helped in Jack's class last week for the halloween festivities! I was so excited that I got to help but I was so exhausted at the end of the week. In fact I feel like I'm starting to get sick now! Anyway, back to Jack. Only the Kindergarten kids are allowed to dress up and then they parade around the entire school (k-8th grade). Afterwards there were activites in the classroom and then a fun snack and a movie....and then the day was over. This day sped by also. Jack went home with all kids of goodies and fun craft projects from the day.

So ready for his snack. He had a meltdown in class. They were all sitting on the carpet and he just started crying saying he was so hungry and couldn't wait for his teacher to make the food! It was Friday and by then every week Jack is usually exhausted and done! I hugged him and kept sneaking him bites of an energy bar so he'd be ok. I was hoping the other kids wouldn't see and get upset. It breaks my heart when he falls apart like that. I knew it had been a busy week and he was so done! He was ready for his halloween snack!
